P-90 Magazines. The best way to carry??

I have been racking my brain for hours now trying to decide how in the world I was going to carry these huge mags on the field. Can anyone give me some idea's? Pictures would be even better. Thanks for the help!

best is to get a mag pouch

you can get a 3 mag thigh pouch from some kit stores, just gotta keep looking.

that, and if you don't mind not being able to close the pockets, they will fit in the mag pockets of the M4 vests.

Guarder sells a drop leg double-mag pouch for them.

Do you possibly have a link for that? I will do my own search of course but it may save some time.

I've seen the drop leg in action at the last game the guy said its akward to sit but there's a slight learning curve that you'll overcome easily.

I had the BlackHawk dropleg pouch, but I don't like things on my legs when i'm running around. I currently use the BlackHawk Pop Flare pouch with a molle vest. Each pouch can carry 1 mag. I find that this works best for me.

I've been thinking a quiver type molle pouch on the back would work....

I think it would work if it went as high as you could make it go, say clipping it on to the loops on the top of the shoulders of tac vests... Maybe if I ever have enough money I'll get one made for our BHI vests.

Has anyone used those black BHI Medic vests they use on Stargate to hold P90 mags? I'm thinking of getting that vest, but I don't know how well it really works.

on the show, they don't put the mags in the pouches, if you notice.

when they grab another mag, they pull it out from inside the vest.

I have to admit I didn't notice that. I always wondered where they stored them. I can't believe thare aren't more solutions for the P90 magazines. Although some of the suggestions here..especially the popflare pouch are excellent.

you can get a pouch from most army surplus stores that is meant for thompson mags I think. They hold 8 mags each.
