So yeah my UTG MP5 is shooting very very low FPS wise...and also its highly inaccurate. I've tried hop up adjustments and stuff. The BBs started curving down at 30ft no matter if hop up was either on or off. I'm not sure if its something major....but yeah...suggestions are apperciated

If it's anything like an SRC, you can move the whole cylinder left, right, up, down etc. Pretty crap when i actually looked at the inerds of the gun. Meh, do my magwell test. try to feel if any air is coming out of the well itself.

come to think of it...it was cold and the mags did shrink a little....
maybe that may be the reason?

The mags shrunk?

I don't think it would have anything to do with the mags...

But another question, relating to two local UTG MP5 v2.
If you use the standard mags, the high caps, do they mistfire on full-auto?

Or if you used a different battery with more juice?

Has the UTG always preformed like this? Or is this a recent development? If you dissassembled it and removed the barrel, you may have lost the hop-up nubbin that would render the Hop useless. However it could just be UTG general badness.

Thanks Droc I'll sign up ASAP!

Its a recent problem, I haven't had it outdoors since I first got it. I guess its not used to the cold weather or something...I don't know but I'm going to need someone to fix it since I am super mechanically/electrically challenged. But thats maybe in the future say a month or two since I might want to do some upgrades while they're fixing it anyway.

I haven't really disassembled the gun at all execpt to change to flashhider into a custom made silencer. But even with the normal flashider I have the same problem.
