VFC M27 IAR, EPM's?
Hey folks,
I was almost ready to pull the trigger (no pun intended) on one of the new M27's with the Avalon gearbox when I remembered something. I'm not terribly interested in getting a new set of mags for the gun, so I was wondering if the current gen has the same problems accepting PTS EPM's that I heard the older one had. While I'm aware you can generally file them down in the case it's the same as before, this won't be my primary gun (at least probably not for some time) and I'd rather keep 'em the same for what I generally use them in. I'd appreciate any general advice about the IAR as well from any of you folks that have one. Thanks. |

The issue was due to PTS PMags, EPMs work fine.
The new 416A5 will take any mag these days due to reshaped magwell.
