Sheriff SPAS-12 FMV?
http://www.tokyohobby.net/shop/products.php?p=826f4d
anyone know anything about this gun? This is the only metal SPAS-12 i know but I can't seem to find a review for it or any information beyond what retailers have on their sites. Anyone know a little more about this gun? |

It's been out of production at LEAST 15 years.
It's basically a gas-powered classic - it does not shoot "group" of bb's like a traditional shotgun - it's a gas-fed full-auto. It's hellishly expensive, and you'll never find replacement parts if/when something breaks. Tokyo Hobby are thieves - they were the wholesaler behind the infamous Props Canada fiasco. You might as well send your cash to me - you have about the same chance of recieving that gun as you do from Tokyo Hobby/Miki Nakamura. You might want to do a search on Arnie's Aisoft about Tokyo Hobby or Miki Nakamura.

Yeah i remember that news post about Tokyo Hobby now that you mention it. I didn't want to start a new thread since this is a thread about the SPAS-12.
I'm looking to fit my SPAS-12 with a scope. I've seen in pictures of the real steel where they put a rail system on top of the gun where the rear iron sight once was. Apparently there's a mount of some kind made especially for the TM SPAS-12 but I can't seem to find it at any retailers. Can someone provide an alternate solution maybe? |
