M4A1 carbine questions

I know there are a brazilian threads on M4's so i will try and keep it short. I need a bold and nut for the M4's carrying handle. Also a good semi soft ruber grip with finger groves for my m4? i am thinking zenith. Anyone have reviews?

I live in poco so local is good

check hunters sporting goods in surrey. they usualy have alot of ar15 accessories in stock. or you can try will at specarms or there is always daves surpuls in new west
