I've looked online for em, I'm not just looking for MajorLeaguedoorkicker ones but embroidered patches of all shapes and sizes like a pack of cigarettes or a penguin, what site has the biggest collection of stupid patches? PVC or Embroidered?

Hopefully not too stupid of a question but for custom patches... do they require a minimum order number? Or can they make just one?

They will make and many or as few as you like. However remember the lower the number the higher the per unit cost.
