Krytac flash hider? And Krytac vs vfc?

How difficult is it to remove the orange flash hider off of a Krytac m4, and is it worth taking the orange flash hider off or should I just buy vfc?

Then there's the question, vfc or Krytac?

Also, side discussion, I see a lot of people here like VFC because they have had little to no problems with them. From my experience and people I play with I found vfc rifles have many problems, mainly the piston breaking within two games. I know I'm cursed with breaking everything I touch, but still.

Took me about 10 mins with a Hair Dryer and a pair of pliers.

Step 1: Remove Screw from bottom of flash hider.
Step 2: Heat base of flash hider with Hair Dryer.
Step 3: Torque that shit with some pliers.

If you want to keep it intact maybe wrap the flash hider in a clothe and then put the pliers over it.

If you afraid of scratching, get painters tape.

I can't comment on Krytac but VFC have some of the best externals around. For the most point, their internals aren't horrible but aren't the best to come in stock AEG's either. I've heard many describe them as great stock guns to run until something breaks... then upgrade the crap out of them!

VFC's weak points were the piston, tappet plate, I think to a lesser degree spring & motor. In my HK416, I managed to strip the piston, compress the spring and fry the motor and I don't run them too hard.

Since then however, VFC have upgraded several of those weak points in a lot of their models. The newer (Gen3?) AEGs have upgraded pistons, tappet plates and basic mosfets in some cases.

Now I have to qualify that my comments are from my own experience and from hearing from others on this forum. There are countless others here that are more experienced and will be able to offer more detailed advise.
