Anyone know of any? I need some wiring work done on my g&g m14. The stock wiring leading to the battery in the front became frayed and broke off. I still have part of the wiring coming out of the gearbox, so would it be safe to just solder the wire back together without opening the gearbox? I am also missing the connector to the battery. Where would a good place be to buy a replacement?

If the wires look good going into the gearbox, you'll be safe fixing/splicing the wiring that is good outside the gb without opening it.

I'd switch over to a t-plug (deans) but if you want to stick to the mini Tamiya plugs...

If you have a local rc/hobby shop they should have parts too

you can splice new wire onto the end that's coming out of the gearbox. It's not ideal but you can do it. Don't use stereo wire. Get some heat shrink tubing to cover the joint as well.

Switch to the deans connectors like cetane mentioned, they're just easier to deal with over time and they work better. I hate putting new tamiya connectors on.
