Anything to watch out for CA P90?

I'm thinking to buy a used P90, and there are two sellers
I read the P90 101, nice info. However, I never understood why to stay away from the sportline. (On google I found someone saying they have the same internals)

1. P90 sportline TR (owner doesnt seem to know if it is proline or sport):
extended barrel + silencer (which comes with the proline???)
3 mid-cap mags, 1 high cap (ignored hicap..)
9.6v Battery
Selling me for 225

2. P90 Proline TR
MADBULL 6.03 tight bore inner barrel
Systema high speed gears
Systema M120 Spring
4 mid-cap, 2 hi cap
9.6v 1600mah
extended butt stock
2x double mag pouch
selling me for 330

Of course I'm looking at it, and that PRO line is by far the best deal. Although all that internal upgrades I won't be able to know at all because I have no idea about internals. If those are real upgrades, then it would be nice for 330.

ATM I own an AK74 full metal. Reason why I'm going for P90s now is that the AK74 is too heavy to carry around for long hours since I injured my back when I was working for a moving company a year ago.

I just wonder whats your thoughts? I'm conflicted about cheap prices or better deal but spend a bit more.

Sportline guns have crappy compression parts as well as plastic bushings.

Both the proline and sportline guns have gingerbread and paper maché pistons that will fail on you regardless of how you treat them.

So both CA are bad?..
What about the King Arms? do they comes with crappy stuff too?

Cause even if I just order the king arms brand new it's only 220 dollars...plus a few mags..still under 300..just can't seem to find the 100rd mid caps..only low caps..oh well, I don't mind that I guess..

if you are going to gut the gearbox, a sportline is not a bad place to start from. The plastic upper receiver also balances a lot better with the aeg. The metal upper makes it front heavy.

Sportline is fine to start from if you want to do a full upgrades yourself.

Just keep in mind that the tappet spring is not replaceable as it's a compression spring, not an extension spring like v2s or v3s.

Also I think CAs use an m4 nozzle with their metal hopup. If you used an m4 nozzle on the TM hop, it will not feed.

Pistons are easily replaced.

Not bad, but have some bad parts. Like was mentioned, if you plan on gutting it anyway, it doesn't matter.

I'm not planning on touching the internals until I have a lot of game play in. It seems it's easy to open up and fix on things in a P90.

I never have even opened a gun up to do anything. Well, I have that AK..it seems really hard to do...

Get the proline.

I have a CA Proline and it has worked out of the box stock aside from a new inner barrel and hopup for the better part of two years now.

Do not even THINK about the sportline.

KA p90's are nice but they just feel dinky in comparison with the CA which is the heaviest of the p90's. I have nothing but good things to say about CA and how well their proline products hold out. You WILL need to upgrade to a steel cut off lever, but thats a 20 dollar part and you take one screw off to put it on.

Try and stay away from cheap mid caps. Completly avoid highcaps. The magazine feeding for all p90's is murky. Get some good quality magazines. I have the 60 rounds TM bullet mags on mine and have not had a problem ever. Mind you they are 50 bucks a mag.
