a little confused with my well l96

I have a Well l96 MB08 and all the mags I find say MB01-05, will they work in the mb08 model?

if your mags are l96 type mags then yes they should work. Probably wht your seeing is info that was posted before the release of the newer modle numbers. But if your current mags look like that image then they should be.compatible.
as an example i.had a well vsr10 and all the off brnd and TM vsr10 mags worked fine in that gun. I will say tho that the well mags dont fit as nicely in the TM VSR10 but they do work

i would perhaps hit a game or see if someone in your area has a mag u can test, or just grab one to test first.
but based on the discription of the rifle on a cpl.sites it is just a different version of the well l96 and should be compatible with the mags. Sometimes the clone companies do dumb stuff to try to "improve" designs but most likely they havent or it would be listed on at least one site that it uses a special mag.
