PSG1 gearbox problem

Hi, I just bought a PSG1 AEG used and here is the problem I need help with.

Whenever I fire the gun, it fires full auto and at the end of the cycle, the gear spins backwards which cause damage to the delayer on the sector gear (from it slamming against the cutoff lever)which in turn damage the tappet plate(the part that contact the sector gear).

I re-do the gearbox but notice that the trigger switch cause the cut off lever to activate the anti reversal latch which keeps it in the free wheel mode. I have taken the switch apart and didn't find anything wrong with it so I don't know what else to do.

I really like the gun so I would appreciate any help on this.

It's a TM. After a lengthy investigation I found that the cut off lever, the part that goes into the trigger switch is slightly bent and touching the side of the switch which is causing the lever to stick. I use heat to straighten it. After two tries I got it but now the gun does not cycles properly. sometimes it's OK and other times it won't complete the cycle. Well at least the cut off lever works now along with the decocker function.
Still need help.

What battery/spring are you running.

I had to crank a 10.4v battery in mine to cycle reliably (before LiPos, that was years ago).

I've been using a 7.4v 4000 mAh Lipo battery to power it. The spring is a m120 of some unknown brand. I will get a stronger battery and try to see if that helps. For now until I get the battery I'll be working on it not feeding due to the nozzle not going back enough to let in the bb. Thanks.

So I've fixed the feeding problem. I had to costume make a new delayer the the sector gear, so that's fine now. I tried using a 11.1v Lipo battery and it's the same issue with the gun not cycling all the way on some shoots but other times it seems okay. I'm thinking it's between the cut off lever and the trigger switch.
Still need some idea how to fix this.

Does the delayer on your sector look like this one?

And is the anti reversal latchy cage thing bent?

Yes, the delayer looks the same. The anti reversal latch is ok, it's cut off lever on mine was bent and I straightened it but it's still not perfect and I'm afraid if is mess with it again it will break.

So I've finally got my PSG1 to shoot properly, the only dislike is that it screams like a little pig or a baby on steroids. I've shim the gears and recheck them so I'll just have to live with the noise. It shoots 481 FPS on a M120 spring so I'm happy about that. Special thanks to the people who commented and help with ideas.
