Looking for guidance

Hello ASC Forum, I've recently gotten interest in airsoft again and need some guidance on how to start out. I've already read a decent amount of the FAQs, beginner's guides, and so forth. As of right now, I'm just looking for something to plink with after I get verified. So I was looking at airsoftdepot.ca and saw this: http://airsoftdepot.ca/catalog/produ...oducts_id=2819 Now from what I hear it is a WE clone, and I've heard WE can be good or bad (things breaking after two shots and what not). It fits my budget fairly well, fully metal for under $150. Does anyone have experience with Hellfire or this gun in specific, or have any other similar recommendations. In addition, should I wait till I gain access to the classifieds section to look for a starter gun?

Thanks.

Yes if you want a plinker to get started the classifieds will yield a lot of results. Might not be 100% like buying in-store retail but you'll save a lot more dough and can play with/upgrade the gun as you go.

Was the gun I linked good at least? Just double checking.

It's a clone of a clone (WE) or a lower quality clone of TM. So I would say save up more money and get a TM, or even a KJW.

There was a positive review of Hellfire's high capa clones in Airsoft International a time ago. Said it was a solid shooter, dispite having not previously heard of the company it self

Edit: but when in doubt, Styrak makes a safe point

I can't comment on that gun but I have a WE "Little Bird" (M&P compact clone) and I love it... but it does have a default issue that is known in those models so the company isn't perfect.
