Custom PVC patches

Going to get some new team patches made. I was thinking about going PVC this time around since they look much better and last a lot longer.

Does anyone know a good, reputable site to use?

Most companies won't do small batches of PVC patches as it is too costly for them to produce, unless you are looking at making at least a wholesale size order.

EDIT: This is what Bean told me when I last talked to him about his patches.

Now with a quick Google search I found this site, Flex Systems. Soldier Systems did a review on them a little ways ago (http://soldiersystems.net/2013/10/10...exsystems-usa/), so it seems like a legit company, I am just unsure if they do Canadian orders or not, but I'd expect at this day in age they do.

I would also consider Milan's Perroz Designs, although I am unsure if he does custom patches, he produces quality stuff including LASER cut patches which I personally like more than PVC or any other patch out there. The look is just cleaner. Plus he is a fellow ASC member and it's always good supporting local businesses, right? Worth a shot contacting him, most he could say is no.

Ask Bean. He had some made a few years ago.

I like mutiny shop, it's printed pvc patches, no setup fees, no minimum, less than 10$ per patch. http://www.mutinyshop.com

Are Mutiny shops patch 3d pvc or just vinyl printed cause I've some really ugly ones from there but I guess designs not their isssue but they weren't 3d (mold injected I believe) they were just flat printed on vinyl. Just curious cause great price.

I looked at a bunch of reviews of their stuff, seems to be vinyl printed patches using PVC materials, but it does not resemble the normal PVC "embroidered" or "3d" patches we usually see on the market.

Still for the price, it doesn't seem like a bad option, only thing that holds me back about them are various (both good and bad) reviews on their services and products.

It's printed on PVC, not 3D, but since there is no setup fees and no minimum order, it's still an interesting option. Got Quebec flags and subdued OD Quebec flags from them, print quality is really good. I tried to find places for 3D printing too, but it's at least 50 patch orders and setup fees that seemed to be around 150-200$.

I'm ordereing gun decals right now from them, I,ll see what they are like!

My team ordered PVC patches from Combat Swag and the quality is superb! Note it's not cheap though and there is a minimum order of 100-150 but for my group it was well worth it.

Avoid Mutinous Creations they have a bad reputation here in the States. I tried to order twice from them - the first time I got excuse after excuse that she is in school and really busy so she finally refunded my money after not making the patches. About a year later I thought we would try her again but she never returned any e-mails or made any contact and I had to initiate a Paypal dispute to get our money back.

Funny thing is that she ended up making our patches (4 of them) anyway and sent them to us and they were wrong. They had the correct image but the wrong print. Even though we never used the patches, the PVC part has since de-laminated from the patches.

They patches are also hand cut - so they obviously like someone cut them with scissors and not a die.
