G&g gr14 hba

Was wondering if anyone has any reviews on this gun?
Searched the forums found nothing? Anyone have one of these and can do a review on it? I'm interested in purchasing one but I'd like more info on its performance.

Cheers

What are you interested in knowing? It's a G&G M14 in a Sage EBR chassis. They're great guns, solid as hell.

The manufacturer should give you FPS.

As for range, I would (as speculation, since I have not handled nor own the rifle in question) expect it to shoot just as far as any stock rifle.

if the hopup rubber is working properly it should give you about 40-50m with reasonable consistency... the spread will be quite large but it will get them out there. I serviced one that had overhopping issues out of the box.

the gearbox is rather solid, the only weakness in this gun is the expensive g&g/classic army only mags and I don't like the handguard screws cause they'll probably strip sooner than later making it difficult to get your battery in or out or secure the handguard.

it's a heavy beast too.

Lame answer JLiang! If you dont own one and dont know anything about the gun then dont reply! This rifle is used as a sniper rifle in most of games ive seen on you tube. So im pretty sure it doesnt shoot the same fps or range as any normal stock rifle (my g&g tr 418) or else i wouldnt be asking for info on it. As for the manufacturer....all stats on this gun are different from website to website. The clams im getting are 350-400 fps which is quite a wide range. Also what spring is inside the gun??? M120 or 130?? These are the answers im looking for.

This is a lame way of replying to an honest and legitimate answer.

Just because some tune them to be used as DMR, doesn't mean it's magical when it comes out of the box.

It's a normal run of the mill AEG and shoots like a standard AEG of same or similar barrel length.

Oh and also, don't expect to use it at higher velocities in game, because the 450fps rules are usually reserved for the Bolt-action rifles, not DMR AEGs.

Rule of thumb, all stock guns shoot from really bad to half decent
If you want to buy a DMR, and use it as a DMR, then you need to upgrade it to be a DMR.

A rifle with a scope on it does not make it shoot further
And chances are most people that have one have upgraded it to shoot further.

Otherwise, very nice gun, just don't except it to be a laser when it's stock

any aeg can be tuned to shoot accurately at ridiculous ranges.. it comes down to how you want to look while doing it.

Or how tired you want to be hauling a boat anchor for the whole day.

I have one and Love it. Im a Big guy, And after 6 hours, This gun might as well be a car, It gets that heavy. Use a sling.

Out of the box, Mine shot 375-380.
Ive had no issues with the gun at all.

The battery in the front hand guard is the only thing I do not like.

I was able too hit my targets at 200+ feet.

You wont need to be a tank, But if your of the smaller framed side of the tracks, You will lose interest in using this gun for any long periods at a time.

Im 6'2 225lbs, And after 6 hours of gaming, My arms were getting tired.

Give the barrel a good cleaning out of the box and run heavy BBs in it and they shoot wonderfully.
