CA36C hopup and iron sights

I have recently purchased a CA36C and put a large foregrip for CA on it and have upgrade the spring to a m120. I have two questions.

1) If you move the hopup up does it give more hop up or less?
2) Also because the iron sights are significantly higher that the barrel i find that when shooting the .25g bbs it doesnt go to the where i aim with the sights. It comes close but never exactly where i aim. Also there's no wind and i'm not aiming downhill or uphill so that can't be it. When i say it doesnt go toward i aim, i mean it doesnt go to where the picture indicates http://www.airsoftgear.com/images/be...ghtpicture.gif
I was wondering how i can fix this.

ok well i can't speak directly for the CA model but i have a marui and will try and reply as best i can. Firstly, why did;t you just buy the new CA longer models if you wanted a larger forgrip? would have cost you alot less!

anywas that aside, there should be markings on your hop unit that say which way to turn it to increase hop. For my you just move it up.

as for iron sights, unless it's completely different from the marui and real steal, just use your hex keys to adjust the rear sight. simple as that. it can be adjusted for windage and elevation
