OD or CB with Flecktarn?

Hey guys, I've got a Flecktarn BDU and am just trying to figure out what colour to get the rest of my gear in. OD was obviously my first thought, but it looks like a lot of people here wear CB over 'green' camos and find it to be more adaptable.

I like CB, and I see how it would probably work better over any BDUs I might end up with I the future. Do you guys think it would work on top of Fleck though?

If it makes any difference I'll probably be buying Pantac's RRV

Any help would be appreciated!

Either or looks fine over flecktarn. For effectiveness I'd have to say OD, for the cool factor and special forces look, go with CB as KSK wear CB rigs.

I would go for CB because it will also go with any other camo you buy.

This is also true. Although CB might not "blend" the best with other camo's, it definitely looks the best or at least imo!

As Silverback said as a looking good factor CB is nice but as a blending factor id go with OD

Hmm...

Now that I know they can work together I'm leaning toward CB. Winters in Waterloo aren't very white, so if I play at Flag Raiders I'm realizing that CB will probably be the best all-season option.

Thanks for all the input! If anyone has anything else to add, please feel free. I'm still open to more opinions! You guys are far more experienced than me after all...

I run a flecktarn uniform with OD gear, though either will work fine. Just go with whatever contrasts the least. Something to consider is how heavily your flecktarn is faded. My uniform is surplus from the '90s and it has taken on a somewhat brighter tone than the brand new stuff I'm mixing it with. This doesn't bother me, it provides a bit of countershading (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Countershading), but to keep this effect I need to avoid putting things on my chest that are darker than the shade of my uniform.
