WE 1911 Jam, any ideas why??

Need help!

Here's my WE 1911 Desert Warrior, had it for about 2 years now, gamed it very often!
I Have cleaned it several times, and kept it lightly lubed.
Out of nowhere this jamming issue occurs. No idea whats going on...

Here it is in action...

Any ideas??

I know that when i take it all apart, the loading nozzle looks pretty used up and has gotten some rough spots here and there.. Maybe that needs to be changed? Also would this part fit?

I had the same problem with my Socom Gear 1911. I found the o-ring on the piston was causing too much friction for the nozzle to properly return back after each shoot. I tried replacing the nozzle spring and still nothing, you can even replace the nozzle all together but I found that removing the o-ring for a period of time which allows it to shrink and then re-installing it with copious amounts of lubricant within the nozzle did the trick at no cost.

I think you would be better off with the shooters design POM nozzle if you wanted to upgrade. From your video, it looks like there is a problem with the nozzle itself. Another common WE 1911 problem is the chamber and the slide get wedged into each other causing a jam. But that does not look like the problem here.

Try letting the O ring in the piston shrink as R T pliskin said and see what happens. Worse comes to worse, you buy a new nozzle.

Hope it helps
