Softshell pants
Hi there
I am looking for softshell pants for backpacking, but I would like if they would double as my airsoft pants. I would like something not too expensive, but that will repel rain and look tacticool (tan, coyote or OD would be preferable). I looked at the Propper Softshell pants like these: http://bdu.com/propper-softshell-pants but they seem to be out of stock everywhere. Would anyone have a suggestion? |

Fleece lined or softshell only?

I'd prefer shell only since I have feeling hot and if it's cold I can just wear a warm base layer.

I'll check 'em out although there isn't really a Costco near where I live.
There is a pair on airsoft park that I'm looking at and they seem alright although I'm always worried about the quality of clothing bought cheap in China. Does anyone have experience with these: http://www.airsoftpark.com/combat-so...ts-p-4271.html |

Comfy and fit fairly well. Lined enough for a brisk fall outing. And just barely enough to take the chill off when sitting down on some cold canadian shield! Winter wear requires a thermal layer. They have changed the cargo pocket design which I don't like. Before, the left cargo was a vertical zipper pocket which made it convenient to use when seated. Perfect for stashing a phone when driving or taking transit. Last edited by coach; December 9th, 2012 at 16:31.. |
