KING ARMS 10.8V 1600 MAH battery charger question

hey guys,
i just bought a new king arms 10.8v 1600 mah nunchuck battery, put it on to charge green liight came on took it off tested the battery almost dead wouldnt turn my m110 tried it on my m90 and barely got a couple shots off.
now my guess would be my cheap 25$ smart charger, input 100-250v 47-63hz output 5-15v/500mah battery qty 5-10.
it has charged all my 9.6v without a problem im wondering if the added 1.2v is the issue (not enough power)?
any help?
cheers

Did you charge it for at least 3 hours?

It's your charger.

Theses always kill all the batteries you put on them.
And if your gun can't turn over, the voltage is already way past the limit, you probably killed your battery too with your guns.

Get a good charger, it might be able to save your battery.
A decent (as in not the best, but at least it won't kill your batteries) is the Onyx 200
