G36 - Ares CNC RAS handguard, medium length - Where to find???

Alright after seaching everywhere on the net, this is starting to get frustrating. checked out every retailer, and sent emails to the manufacturer (that went unanswered). So next step is to turn to ASC for advice.

I am looking for the Ares G36 CNC RAS handguard (medium length), as shown on their website.

Anyone know where I can get it? or special-order it from??

I'd like to know as well. I've never seen such an item for sale. This doesn't surprise me though since many of the items in their catalogue is unavailable anywhere.

As stated in my post, yes I did. Emails went unanswered. Cannot find phone numbers to call.

Did you send the email to cs@aresairsoft.com ? I got my CNC handguard from them.

I clicked on the email in the contact us section of their website. I believe I sent it to 2 different addresses, but no the one you mentionned. I haven't seen that one anywhere.

I got the RAS handguard rails for the G36C. It's a bit shorter. You're looking for the "K" version, which should be the mid size one.

I believe I paid $65 for mine, plus shipping. Yours might bit a bit more. My friend and I have ordered hundreds of dollars of stuff from them. They usually respond within a couple days. In fact my friend just sent in a request for some more parts, they've already responded to him on Friday.

I checked their catalog, the picture you have is of the G36k RAS handguard. The part number is G36-RAS-M.

When I first started looking around for a G36 RAS handguard, I was told I would have to use lipo, battery box, or rewire it to a rear stock. With the Ares one I can fit a 9.6 nun-chuck battery in there. The picture dosen't show it, but there is a square block of metal at the bottom of the ras that slides into a cavity in front of the magwell. Usually the g36 handguards have hooks on the side that fits on the pins on the body.

Hi guys,

This is the Continental Ultimate Inc, the sole distributor for ARES, and yes we did received email from you guys, but we just have too many emails to go though, you guys should be receiving an email from us real soon.

However, the g36 cnc handguard was never aviliable to us in Canada yet, in facts, we been trying to order such items for Canada few times already.

We will post it on our thread once it come aviliable.

I have to say though, i'm kind of puzzled as to why a CNC handguard wouldn't be available to Canadians. Its just a handguard. Whats the fuss?

Hi,

We not sure either, we've been trying to ordering that few times before, what we understand is they don't have that in stock nor if its in production!

However, we might try to order some other make and test fit it on to ARES instead.

Hi again CUI, I don't mean to rain on your parade, but I just got an answer from Ares via email, and they kindly answered that the CNC handguard I was looking for was in stock and ready to ship to Canada. I sent them payment via paypal as they requested, i am waiting for confirmation from Crystal at customer service that everything is OK.

So It seems that both me and other members here were able to order them without any hickups. I'd check your facts about their availability with Ares....
