G&G gr16 r4 - BBs get stuck and wont fire
hey all i bought my rifle about a month ago and finaly bought batteries and ammo for it, now that i have it loaded and ready to fire it always gets jamed when i fire about 4.
The bbs get jamed where the mag and the reciever is, i think thats what u call it, and when i pull my mag out the bbs fall out (the ones that are suppossed to be fired). they are 6mm .12g bbs. |

dont use .12 bb's in AEG's. Those are made for crappy springers and such. If you want proper ammo buy .20 or .25.

How many bb's are you loading in the mag? What kind of mag do you have (locap, hicap) ? Do you have to remove jammed bb's from the gun or they just fall out when you remove the mag? Does your hopup adjusted properly? If you set it up all the way up AEG might start misfeeding/jamming.
Last 3-4 bb's always fall out when you remove the mag, it's normal. Btw, it's not a good idea to use .12s in any AEG. Those bb's are too light and sometimes if not most of the times are poor quality, that could also cause jams.

read the FAQ.
But .25s shoot a bit slower velocity but have a heavier weight and are not as affected by wind or bushes allowing you to shoot through the brush a little more but a little less distance on clear spaces. .20s shoot a faster velocity and range but are more affected by wind and brush. You pick what you want to buy. Everyone has their own prefer in there gear. |
