Alexander Umil, selling counterfeits and claiming authentic!

I don't tolerate treachery and feel it is my duty to inform all community members of such individuals, all my findings are genuine and accurate, my intent is not to slander an individual but to bring truth in the open. After getting the item, and discovering it was indeed used (after being promised it was new, with nothing missing) I contacted the seller, requested my money back plus return shipping to him, which he refused. This thread is to show you what happens when you're less than truthful and have no word!

This is the stock I received, manufacturer Element! Not Magpul as promised

interesting. maybe drake will be interested in solving this issue. as a buyer and a retailer on ASC i don't like fellow members being taken for a ride. glad you did the leg work. i hope this person settles his error promptly even just to save face.good luck.

I did a trade with him last month and found cracks on the frame of the gun i got. I was told gun was like new. Further inspection found more, i suspect i will need a new lower before i can field it.
I found he was a nice guy and figured he just missed them so i never said anything. After reading this it makes me wonder.

I hope all this gets sorted, best of luck folks.

Since march last year, he has only sold guns, parts and accessories; he hasn't contributed in any threads or discussions... this tell be a lot about how this person sees this community. Profits.

Is he even registered on ASC? Why would a Greek retailer be interested in a Canadian airsoft site?

A friend had an issue with him. He traded a broken WE PDW to my friend for an A&K Masada. When my friend told him about he refused to be responsible for it. A few days later, he calls back saying the masada doesn't work and he wants his pdw back. My buddy told him where to go. It was a deal done on craigslist, so no trader rating. You can tell his ads by the large white tile floor in the pictures and that he types texts as "tex".

the link infernau had posted was so we could see the product he received, he did not buy it from that site it is just there as a reference. he bought from user Alexander Umil.

I have not bought nor sold to Alex but he had expressed interest in a ak i had for sale, but back out of it quickly stating he was never interested in a AK since he had one already.... never thought anything of it

the web link I posted was to show that I did my research, I don't believe it's linked to him although he may have purchased through them. It pisses me off because the only screw that is of any use that came with the stock is the one that mount the tube to the aeg, the other screws are either too large, too small or too short!......Even if I wanted to use it I can't, I contacted Element in the hope to resolve this.
