Question about Umarex HK416 Selector Switch

Hi guys, I just got my Umarex HK416 CQB, and was wondering, I understand that the fire selector switch is not ambidextrous, but on the other side, there are safe, semi, and auto labels, and there appears to be a knob of sort with a white painted pointer. Mine came with this pointed in "semi", but when I flip it to the actual side with the switch, it's on Safe. When I move the switch in any mode (safe or auto), the display side seems to be stuck on semi. Was the label and pointer on the other side simply cosmetics or is it suppose to serve a purpose and move along with the actual switch on the other side? Let me know! Thanks!
