My friend is trying to make a sniper loadout nd i dont know wat it should be like so any suggestions?

BUILD you're own ghillie suit. there are alot of threads and yotube videos on that subject.

also sniper rifle platforms have been discussed to death.
is he looking into bolt action or DMR ?

Yeah I should have mentioned the build your own part. You'll save money and you'll appreciate it a heck of a lot more at least imo as you'll spend a great deal of time on it.

how long has he been playing?
is he willing to invest 1000$+ in upgrades into the rifle?
does he have any experiance?
is he willing to stay 100+ feet away from the action
is he willing to sit in the corner and possibly not fire a shot the whole game

I doubt he will has/will do ANY of those things. I think he played call of duty or battlefield, saw he could shoot long ranges AND up close, and thought wow thats awesome. Hes the guy thats SNiPin da NoOBs.

I second this. Call of duty has ruined the image of the sniper in my honest opinion.
