Moe vertical grip
I just bought the moe handguard and the moe vertical grip for my m4a1. I installed the moe handguard and it fits a 9.6V nimh 1500mah nunchuk batteries. The problen is when I install the moe fore grip. The screw it came with is a bit long and when the grip is installed under the handguard, the screw pushes the batteries from inside that now I can no longer close the handguard. Has anyone experienced this? Should I go see if I can find a shorter screw?

I went to a hardware store and found a shorter screw. Once installed it moves back and forth on the handguard. I have screwed it to the tightest but if I put pressure it will move. Somehow there is something wrong.

Check the direction of the metal plate , it should be across your lower handgard.
