motor axis bushing loose in gearbox shell

Hi everyone (ill try to explain in english but you can reply in french)
I'm a bit confuse with my G&G M4 I bought recently (V2 Gearbox). I'm wondering why the swivel motor axis bushing (the swivel thing on the motor axle) is loose in the gearbox shell. I suppose it should be pretty slide fit to make sure the motor alignement is good. I measured the axis bushing and get 0.355, the hole in the gearbox shell is 0.392. So i have near 0.040" of movement. I suppose the motor seat on the lower part of the GB when i adjust the proper motor depth (and give an angle to the motor). I made a shim bushing to increase the diameter of the axis bushing and the motor depth definitely not the same.

I also measured 2 motors and get: 0.315 and 0.364

I presume the 0.315" motor bushing would really be bad for my gun by adding an other 0.020" on the "y" axis for a total of 0.04" (maybe the motor's bevel gear will contact the shaft of the gearbox bevel gear)

did you ever see that loose fit? Why is it built like this? I don't find any answer on the internet.

Le guide ne sert pas a tenir le moteur en place dutout.

Il sert Ã* guider le moteur dans le trou.

Le moteur tien seulement par le spring et la grip du gun, tout est normal.

Les mechbox sont casté... ca donne des tolérence Ã* coucher dehors. Si le moteur était plus serré ca rentrerais pas.

il me semble que c'est impensable mécaniquement d'avoir un moteur qui tient sur un spring. Avec le moindre torque, c'est sur que le moteur va se déplacer (vu que dans la grip, c pas super tight on s'entend). A mon avis, la V3 est de beaucoup supérieur pour l'alignement du moteur, mais je ne suis pas très connaisseur. Il me semble que des gears c fait pour être monté "stiff" et positionné précisément sinon ca use.

Dans un monde idéa, ou tout le monde est ingénieur méchanique et chaque pièce de chaque gun est fabriqué sur mesure, oui.

Mais on parle de guns fait au casting avec de la scrap de metal cheap pour moins de 50$/unité, avec presque aucun controle de qualité...
