YouTube - O-clan ShootHouse Training, with Top M4's
O-Clan a buncha guys i used to play with back in hong kong, 2 top M4s in a training indoor cqb field, look at all those shells they got in the ammo case

About the only application where a TOP shell ejecting rifle makes sense is a shoot house.
Still interesting vid, though the music was not my taste. |
