Need suggestions for Vest

Hi i presently have a Phantom Ciras vest. To be honnest i am not satisfied with the fit. I have owned it for almost a year and tried many settings with the ropes/straps in the back. I need advice on a good, mid range price (300$),easy adjusting vest. Here are the pouches i need to carry.

1x admin pouch, 1x m4 double mag (holds 4), 1x bottle pouch, 1x ammo case pouch (size of double mag one), 1x pistol dual mag and 1x hydrytation molle pack.

I do not care if the vest is static or molle, as far as it fits my pouch needs. I had also spotted the *MLCS H-Harness, but i do need feedback on adjustability.

I would suggest the MAV2 from Tactical Tailor.

For your price you can get the rigg including all the pouches plus an X Harness to make it much more comfortable. Its light and allows very good manuverability. Plus as summer is apporoaching you won't sweat your balls off from being in an enclosed armour carrier.
If you already have pouches then it will run you $81 plus $43 for the X Harness.

Thanks for the link, i will keep this model in consideration.
The following model seems to offer a snug fit for comfort, has anyone had any good or bad experiences with it?

I can vouch for the 2-Piece MAV; and I definitely recommend the X Harness.

It'll see you through anything; incredibly rugged rig.
