King Arms Thompson M1A1
I am not sure if I should post this here because I am new to this site, so sorry for any problems. I really like how the Thompson looks but I can only find one airsoft Thompson on the market. Does anyone know if this gun is worthwhile or if I should keep looking. I have been playing airsoft for a while and want to purchase a gun that will satisfy me. I don't want to have the need to buy another gun in a year because this one is just.. average. Any thoughts would be helpful.

I suggest getting Aved and posting in the wanted section for it.
As for the that gun I have actually never seen a king arms M1A1. How ever I have seen the TM and the cyber gun and both are pretty good. They use a v6 mechbox so upgrades are pretty easy to find *same as the p90*. Pretty good ROF. Now w/e King arms has done to this gun or not done I don't know. But generally the m1a1 is a descent gun. |

Would anyone know if the TM Thompson M1A1 magazines work on the King Arms Thompson? I ask because of the various M1A1 magazines available for sale the TM ones seem the easiest to buy (i.e. they seem to be in stock in many places).
I know that the KA Thompson is a very new release so there might not be too much information about this AEG yet. |

KA Thompsons appear to be the best out of the box Thompson yet. Externals are much better than any of the other options.

As far as mags go, there is a tight fitting issue in regards to using a Cyma Hi Cap mag on a TM Thompson. Other than that, there are no real mag issues with any of the Thompson AEG's. |

From what I have read, The KA Tommy gun with real wood is the made with a metal lower receiver, however the one with fake wood has a plastic lower, even though is advertized as "full metal".
