Low Price Sidearm Options
Hey all,
I'm looking at possibly getting a sidearm, it could be useful in some games/ situations, but i don't want to spend a ton of money. I'm looking for something that is possibly CO2. looking for more function then form. I've read about the Crosman pistol, and have heard good thing about it. is there anything similar to that? thanks Last edited by bareass; January 14th, 2011 at 16:32.. |

If you're going to buy a crosman than wait until the C11 comes on sale for half price at Canadian Tire. Don't pay full price for it. No need to, as this comes on sale allot.

How much is "low price"?
Check out my retailer thread. Last edited by Drake; January 14th, 2011 at 15:39.. Reason: how about we not list stuff for sale outside the designated areas |

You did say in the first post that you wanted something more for form rather than function! Maybe it would help if you stated a bit more clearly, exactly what you're looking for, how much you're willing to spend! Maybe you'll get more usefull responses that way!

Buying the C11 at full price isn't that bad, it's a decent gun. Mind you, it only comes with one 15 shot 'stick clip', but you can buy them in pairs for $15 at Pyramid Air in the US, just be prepared to pay UPS fees which sucks because I chose snail mail. I ordered two pairs for a total of about $28 plus shipping, then got notice a week later I needed to pay almost $20 brokerage fee to UPS. Bastards.

Edited! I'm thinking the hundred dollar range. I would spend a bit more if it was really worth it. from what i can tell about the green gas mags is that once they leak th're done, and a nother hundred bucks goes out the window. as for the brokerage fees, i live in windsor, so i get get it shipped to detroit and pick it up from a ups distribution center. |

Green gas mags are pretty good as long as you keep gas/oil in them so the seals don't dry out! If/when they do start leaking they're relatively cheap to fix as the main seal is an o-ring and new valves are cheap enough as well!

Mags that take green gas/propane can be fixed if they leak. Its usually cheaper to fix a leaky mag then buy one of the C11 mags. If a green gas mag leaks its usually an o-ring thats worn out, or the bottom of the mag isnt tight enough. Thats what happened to my mags when i didnt use them for a while.

the KJW mk1 is pretty cheap and much better quality than the C11 by crossman
