MEU SOC GBB slide stuck need help asap!!!

Hi,
I just received my gun today, so I loaded a bit of green gas in the magazine, and tried to shoot it (without any bbs). First thing it does is that the slide is stuck and can't move back, meaning I think there wasn't enough gas to cycle back. Here's a picture to help.
Help!!! I am panicking cuz I paid a fortune for this thing, and first thing it does it doesn't work.

Hit the slide release button. If you had no bb's in it and fire a shot the slide will lock back alot like a real firearm or just give the slide a tug back and that should bring it back to battery as well

No really when I pull the slide button, it's just stuck I can't move it at all. Plus I can't even push it back, it looks like something's locked there.

lol!
Yes if you fire with no BBs the slide will lock back to indicate you that the mag is empty.
Like Hades said, hit the slide release button and all will be alright

EDIT: can you take out the mag?

If hitting the slide released doesn't work, your barrel and your slide are probably jammed up. Try to grab the front of your barrel and move it slowly forward and backward, but this will probably damage your barrel.

It already happened to me when installing Guarder slides on the 1911/5.1 platform...

Now, It's kinda strange , I never saw this happen on a stock Socom Gear pistol?

Can you pull a little bit on the slide to try and field strip the gun?
What does it look like in the chamber? is the loading nozzle showing entirely like if it would be stuck on something?

your hammer may have jammed your slide ... pull your slide all the way back ... and make sure the hammer is all the way down ..and let the slide go ... see if that works

the hammer may be half cocked and is jamming the slide

its probably the hammer catching on the blowback unit. Pull the slide back a bit and then, if you can, try to pull the hammer down with your finger or a tool while releasing the slide forward. The slide should go back into battery.

110% it's the hammer getting caught with the BBU, like others have said you can simply push down the hammer and the slide will return to battery.

However it's likely that this problem will occur again. The easiest fix would be to lightly sand down the BBU "nub" that's getting caught with the hammer. To remove the slide, pull it back until the "half circle" meets the slide stop, pop the slide stop out from the outside then remove the slide.

Did you get the gun used?

Is it just me, or is the slide catch pushed out a little from the frame? Pull the slide back and try and push the catch back in towards the frame.
