Velocity Arms custom Guns
hey guys as you may know im looking for a starter gun and i cam across velocity arms' custom gun line. im not sure although they appear to be re done Jgs and i was wondering how good these guns tend to be, specifically the VA36 and the Vk47, are these good choices for a first gun?

You get what you pay for.
I bought a VA gun as a first gun and to tinker with. I invested twice its price in upgrade parts. Was it worth it? No.

I believe the VA custom line are exactly JGs but with a clear upper or lower receiver (varies on gun). Those receivers are very tough though, there's a video of someone smashing it with a hammer and it barely cracked.
