Hi!
I just want some feedback about this shotgun : http://www.airsoftqc.com/store/index...&productId=686 Any comments will be welcome, positive or negative. I saw some reviews but most of the time about maruzen brand. This one is a cheap chinese copy. Otherwise,I m wondering about shells or no shells? Tri bbs shot or single? Which is the best Need advices thanks

Those guns shoot quite decently for being single shot. But for $180 I would pass.

Theses guys are 5 minutes from here.
They have 3 guns in stock, all 3 are the owner's gun (but he keeps selling them as new) and everything else is drop shipping. They also sell RC cars and they do the same. Drop ship only. VERY overpriced for what is basically the cheap 40$ shotgun from canadian tire with a metal body. |

I'd rather get the CT Crosman or even the cheap 35$ Walmart single shot than buy that overpriced...thing.

Now I have a different opinion from the others. These shotties are very heavy, and quite beefy. They have different internals than those found overseas, allowing them to meet our 430fps requirements. They fire 1 BB at a time, and have a 40rd magazine. They have no sights at all, but are very, very accurate (at the 30 ft I have available for testing) simply by aiming down the barrel. I'll be using one of these (downgraded) next game we have in a field with a town.

A player let me use his once at a CQB game, and it was quite accurate... However if you are getting a shotgun for the sake of getting a shotgun; go with the Crosman at Canadian Tire. Historically I have enjoyed my time with those more, specifically because they behave more like a shotgun by shooting three BB's with actual spread. Wait until it goes on sale and you can pick it up for about 60-80 bucks, and then spray paint it.
It's a shotgun so accuracy shouldn't be on the table... Buy one that can hardly shoot the side of a barn but makes you feel like a total badass using it. You will enjoy yourself. Last edited by Derpystronk; January 4th, 2011 at 01:44.. |

I already bought and broke 3 crossman CT gun, I might be a bit rough with them, anyway I just received this M870 Shorty and I really don't see how I can break this one. Will game it on the 6th (Feb 2011), so I will get back to you on how it perform.

Be careful that this shotgun will put over the usual legal limit for CQB games (430 fps vs 350 fps) or even outdoot games (400 fps).

Thanks Broken!
I am waiting for your feedback! I think I can't be here for the 6th. So have fun! (for downgrading, is it regular spring as AEG ones?) o/

If they made a longtube for the full-stock version that Jeff has in stock, I'd totally get one and make it look like the 590 Persuader. It wouldn't be too hard to make one though, so I'm seriously pondering it as my next gun purchase to fill the void in my rack under the M4.
