tried back in september, but back in contact with him now just waiting for a reply. i was just posting here wondering if this happened to anyone else. its wierd becase nothing is blocking the water from entering, it just wont like an air bubble forms or something.

Most hydration hoses have a "locking" mechanism of some sort..

You may have to pull forward on the tip of the hose or unscrew something to start the flow of water.

Mine had a BITE valve that you have to chomp down on to get water to flow.

What kind of valve is on it? some bite valves need to be cut before use.

if you cant suck, then obviously something is blocking the tube.

If you still cant get it working, ask T7 or Aqua, thats where they are vikings!

Oh shit... Ive outdone myself

water will only go into the tube if the air thats already in the tube has a way out. as stated earlier, some bite valves need to be cut before it works.

There maybe some form of switch or latch that you may have to engage where the hose connects to the bladder.

If nothing else. Try removing the hose to see if water will exit the bladder, if it does than try sticking the hose in a glass of water and seeing if you can suck any through as there maybe an obstruction in the hose.
