Anyone ordered already for the Ra-Tech shop?

No arms here simply a question, I ordered some items at the beginning of the week. I'm use to very fast processing and shipping from other asian website but this one I have no news, after 5 days, nothing processed yet. I sent them an e-mail to ask what was the processing and shipping time usualy. No answer neither. So, from your experience, do they start moving things after a week, 2 weeks? Thanks guys!

I had no issues with a small order from RA-Tech. They were fairly quick and inside the expected delivery time.

I put in an order. Took them about 4 days to process it.

I had an order for a NPAS kit put in.
Processed and shipped in two days.
Arrived in Vancouver on Oct 5.
Arrived at customs in Vancouver for inspection on Oct 8.
Don't know what happened between Oct 5 and 8.

So, relatively quick I guess.

This is great and all guys but I think that Sim was more worried about possibly falling through the cracks and his order getting lost in the system.

I think he's looking for something more concrete like a company phone number (Shipping/Receiving, Sales, Customer Service or something like that) or some way to contact them other than the "official" email (ie. an internal e-mail address).

Hope the order goes well for you Sim.

x2. I had email comms with Erica and all replies were sent in a timely manner. Quick and prompt. Remember that there is a time change.

I talk to them directly through my MSN and yes RA TECH is very reliable. Email Jhonny or Erica, polite people and very helpful.

I ordered some upgrade WE bits and tight bore, it took quite a long time to get to me. I recall being told they were waiting on some stock. Communications were good, and I'd go there again, but it took quite a long time. Does happen, but it will get there in the end.

I just ordered several thousands of dollars worth of parts from them to stock... and it took them FOREVER to get back to me.

Sent 3 requests, got an invoice, asked what the payment email was... and heard nothing.

I had to add their customer service to MSN and catch them at a time when they were around...

I just hope they ship my stuff out in a timely manner... It's strange that a company would put off receiving quite a large sum of money..

Well, I already sent 2 e-mails, very gently reminder of my order, on a upmost polite way. No answers. But now is the weekend so nothing to wait for 2 days so I'll see next week what's going on. They should put a notice while in vacantion, are if they are very busy! In case you wanted to know what I ordered: M14 real wood stock, hop up rubber, stainless steel precision inner barrel and the steel tappet(?) plate.

On similar subject, I made my first order on Velocityairsoft for a Xcortech crhonograph... talk about fast, shipped the same day! :| Impressed...

I know a company that invoiced some pretty big projects a few months later but it was moreso because they were backlogged by a few months.
