AKS74U front sight assembly?

Looking for one of these that's compatible with a CYMA AKS74U.

That's for DBOYS/VFC style, not CYMA/TM, but thanks.

I guess threading is identical as one user who reviewed it stated it fitted on his CM.048

Threading is not the issue, it's the entire design of the assembly.

Unless they're somehow compatible?

It's not compatible out of the box; for instance a TM sight is held on my screws to the barrel, whereas this one is pinned like a real AK. So to start you would have to drill the barrel for the correct grooves to allow installation.

Assuming that is it, not totally "un-doable", but I'm just looking at the picture and have not held one in my hand so I cannot comment futher.

Yeah, I knew the DBoys is all pin-design like the real steel so that's why I was pretty sure it wouldn't work.
