Full medal guns in canada(with out ageverification)

i know you can only buy clear guns from the united states but by the looks of it ,it seems like it doesnt matter anymore

ive seen alot of websites from canada selling full medal and full black guns

( is the law changed for canada?)

(or is the law the same?)

(and why arnt the rcmp invalved? if they are why are they not doing anything about it(there NOT aloud having them!!):banghead:

and im thinking about ordering from the united states but i dont know if they will let the black guns through?

please help id like to know if the law is changed thanks

Do not try to import from the US, the guns will be seized. The law in Canada has not changed regarding airsoft. What has changed is that certain importers have a better understanding of the law and are legally importing airsoft into Canada. I suggest you get av'd as there is a huge thread about this. Until you get av I won't go into anymore detail except to say that it may still be advantageous to support your locals retailers.

Laws haven't changed.

Importation of very specific guns from the US is possible with proper documentation.

You still pose a risk of having your gun seized at the border, even with proper documentation, and you will have to appeal your case, which can take several months to several years.

It is still easier to buy guns in country with verification.

The FAQ is still directly applicable to the current situation with Airsoft in Canada.

Ultimately, it says: Get age verified. Buy locally from the boards. Be responsible. Have fun.

No they can not. The law has not changed. However "our" understanding of the law has improved. Basically certain models have been pre approved by the RCMP and meet a standard set out in the Canadian Firearms Act. These models that have been approved have been assigned FRT numbers. With the proper documentation these guns can be imported legally.

im willing to take the chance.but if i ordered a clear gun from the usa and in the same package was a black m14 would they take away all the guns or just the m14

That being said, it's not just a matter of trying to import models that are available in Canada, there is a bit more to it than that.

NO NO NO!!!


They will seize the entire order. Please understand that you can not import airsoft into Canada. You can either listen to us or ignore us and get your shippment seized and loose money. The choice is yours.

I think I'm gonna leave that alone and just let you know, seriously man this kinda thing isn't gonna win anyone over on this forum. We all get our AV tags and buy from the classifieds cause we want to get what we pay for. None of us here would support your idea (unless its to hear about you losing out on your money). I am gonna strongly recommend against you trying to smuggle anything across the border. The laws still haven't changed and you'll very likely never get it to your door. Just get AV'd and buy local man.
