Silencer problem

I think I'm screwed...

I'm messing around with my M11 today with the KingArms Moc silencer.

After my shooting I couldn't remove it.... Its STUCK!

I think I put it in too tight, its sucked onto the actual barrel and i'm just turning the actual barrel?

Anyone have any ideas I can get this thing off?

grab the barrel and the silencer with those jar lid remover grips and twist so that the barrel stays in one spot and the silencer moves. you could also try some hot water?

Have you ever tried to open a jar of pickles but the lid was stuck on too tight, I just thought it it could applied to the same for a Silencer since I do the same for a tight flash hider.

umm but wouldn't the metal EXPAND, making it harder to twist off? :P

The gun still shoots alright... Umm maybe I'll have to stick with a "perma" silencer now... ;(

But see now that's the thing, I'm twisting it, its twisting, not stuck anymore.. but its going no where...

Which means the actual barrel is jam stuck WITH the silencer threading - I think. There's no way I can clamp down the actual barrel, the silencer eats all of it up like its giving it deep-throat... trying some hot water...

Try removing the outer, and inner barrel, then grabbing the outer, and silencer, and twist. It should give you more leverage without it attached to the gun, and its easier to work with.

Another method, wrap the suppressor or outer barrel in cloth, and use some plyers to torque it off.

Good luck!

That's the thing.

I am trying to take it apart and to do exactly this...

However, I lost the manual to field strip this gun, and online videos don't help much.

I only got as far as stripping the upper and lower reciever, I couldn't get the bolt to come out. It SHOULD come off with a twist and pull, but its not.

The M11, being the Tactical force Mac 11?

If so, i believe their are some review that *could* contain guides to dissasemble the gun.

Metal expend when hot and retract when cold...

Put it in the freezer for an hour or so... might work?

Progress... but getting no where.

I pulled out the outer barrel, tried to use clamps to remove and twist off. there's some grease on the outer barrel everywhere making it almost impossible to take off....

Is it safe to remove grease and let dry, then try to twist off?
