Just a quick question. I am thinking of buying this gun but don't know which model to get the takedown or the police model. I like how on the takedown there isn't a rail on the barrel. On the police version I know you can take it off but then the flashhider will fall off. Is there a way to keep the flashhider from falling off or should I just get the takedown model. I would also like to know the pros and cons of the different versions.

I'm sorry I was a little confused by your post. Do you mean to say that you do not like the look of the front sight? All you have to do is remove the small nut and it comes off. Sure there is a little rail at the top of the barrel but it does not obstruct any view for any type of attached optic.

I used to own one, it was nice item for its cost however I found it way it way to inconsistent and often I found it also shot way to hot on propane, especially on warm to hot days. Disassembly was easy and additional magazines were also cheap, however its shot consistency was something to be desired.
