Guys, he knows his was a dud, and thus fixed it and brought it up to a semi-decent speed.

well what Im saying is that instead of spending all that on new upgrade parts, he should try to fix the original problem, the hopup is probably leaking, or the air nozzle isnt making a good seal or something, check those before you spend 80 dollars on parts

$80 on parts... That's not very much bru. How many guns have you actually fixed?? cause When I go into guns it's usually to add another $150 to their value.

well i nkow 80 dollars istn a whole lot, but fixing a gun is even less, and Amos did i ever claim to know more than you about fixing guns? no, im just saying that upgrading other parts while not fixing the original problem is a waste, bnecause just trying to repair the original problem would most likely be alot cheaper and still yield a higher FPS, sure it would still be G&G internals, but alteast there wouldnt be some unseen problem with the gun that just has a bandaid on it, if i have a gun with top end internals but theres "something" wrong with it that makes it not work as well as even a stock gun, would you pay top dollar for it?

Why would I want stock fps over upgrade parts?
This is airsoft, you get exactly what you pay for, and if you want to save alot of money on your gun, your gonna have a crap gun. I'd rather have a gun that shot 300fps and hit people at 70 yards than a 470fps gun that could only shoot 40 I think it's a waste to put stock parts back into a gun, when it's 4$ for a stock air nozzle and 9$ for an upgraded nozzle. Sure you save money, but if you want to upgrade later on well you just wasted 4$ for nothing Like Amos said, it fixes AND upgrades. That way not only did my UMP shoot stock fps, but it got way better range and accuracy than any stock UMP could have, AND I didn't have to worry about any of my upgraded parts breaking. |
