for most M4's that are not CQB, are they usually 363 or 407?? I kinda want one that is of standard M4 length.

Either. "Standard" is 363mm. The inner barrel is recessed further in so that it looks more realistic as it's harder to see the edges of the inner barrel.

But for a gaming gun, if you don't mind seeing the edge of the inner barrel at the entrance of the inner barrel, you can fit up to 407mm without it sticking out of the flash hider.
