King Arms Over-Haul

I aquired a New King Arms M4 CQB a few weeks back and figured it needed some addtion. I'm a sucker for Custom work.
Stock:

I just got a shipment in today of all my pieces.
KA Vltor w/ 7" RIS.
Dytac 10.5" Outer barrel w/ Vltor gas block.
Replica EOTech 552
King Arms Troy CQB Flash hider
King Arms Sniper Trigger Guard
G&P Railed gas block
Magpul single point sling mount
10pk King Arms Low caps
10pk Magpuls

Unfortunately I only realized after starting the build that the KA receiver didn't come with the selector switch, charging handle or mag catch/release. So I grabbed the needed parts off a loaner until I can get new ones. And yes, I forgot to put in the gas tube.

Here she be in all her glory!

I'm not quite finished yet, I'd like to do some custom annoing once I get the proper dyes in. I'm thinking of annoing the lower receiver to a dark grey and white trades along with the buffer tube the same tone as the barrel.

Wouldn't it have been cheaper to build that from scratch in the first place, instead of buying a KA and then only keeping the internals, controls and grip and stock?

Haha, true, but I did sell all parts replaced, so it worked out in the end.

Update!

Alright so I'm getting closer and closer to completing my project.
I've recently added the following items:
-King Arms Stag Arms lower receiver.
-KA tactical charging handle
-KA mag catch and selector swtich
-7" CCW barrel extension.

I did some custom annoing with the barrel, barrel extension and buffer tube. I was going to strip and ano the lower but I like the earth sort of tone so I left it as is.

I'm still not done, I'd like to add a 4x magnifier to accomidate my EOTech for on the field, silencer of some sort and perhaps a RAS bipod.

That is very very sweet. Did you keep the innards stock or do some upgrading? I've been looking into getting a KA (love that Troy M7A1 :P) and was wondering about upgradeability and overall performance/stability of their guns.

Oh I know what you mean man, I'm a sucker for KA products.
Enternally I haven't touched it. Its built like a tank so I'm most likel going to leave it as is. The only reason I'll crack her open is to shim and grease.

Just got a King Arms Troy CQB myself (from militia, as a matter of fact).

Already made a few customizations myself - on top of what militia had done.

She's a beauty, and I'll never let her go. I just need to get my hands on a VLTOR metal receiver and she's all set. VLTOR/Tango Down everything else already.

I saw some Tango Down mags somewhere, but I don't remember where. Maybe eBayBanned... crap - I'll have to look now - it's going to bother me.

I'll take a few pics tomorrow and post 'em up.

Tonight, I've been trying to track down the source of the flooding going on in my basement.
