Next purchase
OK so the G3 I bought is finally on its way. So here is my next question. While on the airsoft innovations page I noticed the tornato grenade. Is this a good product? Is it effective for room clearing/ I ask because the majority of grenades used in paintball are worthless. Either they don't score a tag or they don't break and the opposite team throws it back at you. I plan to get the propane adaptor for a GBB, so is this product worth the hundred buck?

hmm ! Airsoft Innovation is work pretty well in any situation that you prefer you want to use but actually it won't work much in out door game especially in winter.
Since this grenade has been made in Canada so basically you don't need to have license to import it so that mean, you can get it easily. For other grenade, it would be stop at the border so don't risk your money to get it oversea. Try to search AI tornado on the forum, there are a lots of review about it from lots of people. Hope it help. KND

Friend of mine purchased an AI grenade when it came out and is now switching to a firecracker-based grenade that I created. 25 cents per grenade "toss and forget" vs 100$ "gotta run after my grenade" model.
He was disappointed with the efficiency of AI grenades (indoor use). Of course it is much more efficient then little firecracker grenades with BBs but when you can make 40 such grenades for 10$, the choice is easy I have never been impressed by the AI grenade in action myself.

I personally love the AI Tornado for CQB environments. It is:
Effective. Reliable. Easy to maintain. CANADIAN. Uses common airsoft materials (propane and bbs) Is not dangerous. Sure, it has it's place indoors, and needs to be used with good judgment outdoors. Say what you want about the AI grenade, but I would prefer the Tornado to go off in my hand prematurely, as opposed to a homemade firecracker coated with bbs. |
