This is where airsoft is going to I guess. Prepare to get gas guns in the future IMO.

hhehehe noobs, gas guns are old school, try playing outside in the winter with one of these, no way that can beat an aeg, but it is awful kool tho and must be fun to shoot, gbb rifles are great for chairsofters but for actual gaming, not very practical unless u have a ton of cash for a full mag loadout or running an external air rig, then you look like a ghost buster

Well I'm not much for playing in winter any more, and it would make
a nice collection piece(s).And gas does suck during the winter,my first game was with a GBB pistol in March,it was all I had,but was still fun.Everything has it's draw backs,Gbb's it's cold weather,AEG's it's fuses, gears, springs, pistons,Batt's and motors, and lets not forget the biggest one,WATER.So all in all,I enjoy both of them without knocking the other,it all depends on the players choice. |

Is it a good thing or bad thing that there is no flute valve? What is the purpose of the flute valve?

Accuracy an AEG will always win.
Realism. GBB wins there's nothing realistic about a sewing machine. Personally I prefer maintaining a GBB so much LESS hassles IMO. If they can get these magazines to work with HPA you'll be seeing these guns in the winter. It's the only one thing the Classics ever had that was good, just that nobody wanted to be carrying around a tank with a hose sticking out. |

I see, so then it acts just like a reed valve / floating valve / cylinder bulb in GBB pistols, and this one works on exactly the same principals as WA GBB pistols.
Hmm... I'm sure the system can be refined - if WA pistols can do it, a rifle should be able to as well. I know RA-Tech has a new/modified hop up chamber/unit that holds the BB in better. I wonder if that might solve the issue... there seems to be very little information about what all these new RA-Tech products actually DO. |
