5.11 Strike & ATAC 8-inch boots

Hey guys,

I was looking at good prices for 5.11 TAC-NFO/E flight gloves (which I haven't found yet) and just found those 5.11 ATAC 8'' Coyote and 5.11 Strike 8'' boots at what seems pretty good price (respectivly 45$ and 19$).

Has any of you some experience with them? Are they worth it?
The purpose will be for general outdoor activities (mainly hiking) and in the future skirmishing (ATAC for outside, Strike for CQB).
I'd like to hear your opinions before buying (especially on water resistance, inside humidity and weight).
