They should really change their shipping policy from 2-3 days to ship-out to 2-3 weeks.

I've ordered from the twice now (a MC hydration pack and their Oakley glove knockoffs) and both came in less than two weeks.

Bought a hk416 stock and crane battery on sept 15, recieved those items sept 30.....not bad. Everytime i order from them it gets a little better, my first order took over a month.:banghead:

After 3 weeks I finally received my 1st package (out of 2).
It came with every thing i ordered except a fairly small Tac-light....which is strange because they could have easily stuffed it in the shitty box the rest of my stuff came with ..and i doubt it would have made much of a difference in weight




also for those of you who received a non working tracking number for your split 2nd package.. ..the the package just randomly show up at your door?

Yes, the second tracking number didn't work at all, it just "showed up" the next day. At least your stuff came in a box...

At least you guys received your items O_o i didn't receive mine. They said it was transit when they gave me a refund too. It's been a month. Nothing yet.

How can customers contact you??? Your profile doesn't display your PM or your e-mail, and the contact on the website goes to Jesse who hasn't responded to my mails.

I am still missing 2 items from an order placed in mid September:

2 x Magpul sling mounts

Ebaybanned just sent me a shipping number a day after the package finally arrived. That and they STILL think that I haven't received it.

i'veproblem with them too...but those are goin to Indonesia, coz i live there...
it's been a month waiting for unbelieveble service from EB..
when i ask paul about those wrong tracking number then he just said "u'll received it soon"...how come they will arrive since those tracking number didn't show up in HK post website....when i ask again that he could been wrong about those tracking number...then a simple words came from him " OK"....w*f is goin'on here...is he dumb ass???...another words from him..wait...wait..& wait...until i die & haunted him for the rest of his life.... :banghead:

For EB:
If u read this please make a good communication between customer not just saying "OK..or wait soon"...it's not an answer....sorry if i'm wrong...cos u never answer my question correctly...i just need an explanation
