Airsoft retail in Trenton area

Is anyone interested in setting up an Airsoft Retail store in Trenton?

I just purchased a large 5 unit building that I am moving my company into and have some extra units avalible.

I have one that is 1300sq ft for $600 month plus heat and hydro.

Can email or pm me for more details.

Sounds intriguing, what kind of Airsoft guns though?

The Black and evil that the law shuns?
or
The Clear guns that are legal

If it's non-clear "illegal" guns, then BAD IDEA to have a physical store.

But if its the Bass Pro style of Krakens and maybe if you have contacts in China can get more access to clear bodied guns then thats not a bad idea, minus the fact kiddies may get them and shoot their neighbors annoying little pint sized dog that barks at leaves

I have no idea what kind of guns. I have the space avalible for some one to open the store.

I am not doing it, as I will be running my own store (which is planned to open Feb 1st) and dealing with other things that need my attention. There has always been a lot of talk on here about guys opening their own stores so I figured I would offer up the space.

The idea is that if one of you opened the store, you would get the clients drawn in as well, with my store being there.

Hell, you can open a website design office if you wanted.

Wait... Did you purchase it or are you leasing. Cause usually in the contract you're not allowed to sublet the property (in the case of leasing).

Try advertising it in a local paper or something. Maybe take a trip to the local barber college and see if anyone wants to open up shop.

Also may I ask what exactly it's zoned for? Commercial operations, warehouse operations?
