Easy... they think theirs chances it will get caught at the border. With paypal you can fight and get your money back. B2B is a whole other thing. It's down to them being scared your items get caught/destroyed and you get paypal to reimburse you = WGC loses money.

i'm sorry but i don't know good their new policy.
When i have make order their asking to me to pay with bank to bank money trasfer (i have buy some custom part for asg), other one italian user pay with paypal (this have buy only pouchs)..... i think that better way is contact directly WGC and asking.
