Crane Stock Body Conversion

I'm trying to get my JG HK416 (originally full stock) to accommodate a crane stock, however, there's a few snags. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the following:

1) The body is not "B-type". I know I have to cut the stem down a bit to get the wires into the buffer tube.
2) The spacer I have won't accommodate allowing the wiring to go into the buffer tube. I was thinking of just cutting a chunk out of the bottom to allow this or would an after-market spacer have a feature for this?
3) The washer of the TM buffer tube is solid so I'm thinking I could cut a small piece out of the bottom to pass the wiring through?
