yea im lazy and i dont want to try to fix it...(like my reolver) im just going to give it to my gun doc with a new metal slide and a new rear sight and hope he can wave his hands over it and make it work....

Since this is more of a broken gun issue and several people have chimed in with useful into, I'm gonna move this over to the Gun Doc section.

Glad you got it fixed, KND. Does the adjustment still work ok?

KND? Probably referring to me. :P

Anyways, yes, the head of the new screw is wide enough to hold the plate, and adjusting it the Up and Down is much easier and smooth. The original screw had the little lock clicking thing everytime you move it up and down to know the elevation of how many clicks.

Also, F* the new sights, going to use this for now. Finally, some white out fixed the job.
